This return policy is only applicable to products purchased from Sohar online store.
We understand that there may be times when you want to change or cancel an order after placing it on our website.
Cancel or Change your Order
You may request cancellation or changes to your order before the order has been shipped.
Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.
You can check the status of your order through the order link emailed to you on WhatsApp and Email Address provided at the time of placing the order.

Return Process
We accept return requests only for orders with incorrect items, manufacturing defects or orders which have been damaged in transit.
Please contact us at support@soharfoods.com within 8 hours of receiving your order to request a return. Please include pictures/videos of the order issue with your request.
What's not covered?
- Ordered wrong product
- Delivery issue due to incorrect address
- Too sweet, Too salty, soft, hard, didn't like taste etc.
- In transit delays caused by operational issues at courier company
